| Platinum is a rather interesting metal. It rarely occurs in the Earth itself these days. However Zombies tend to have a fascination with Platinum, hoarding clusters of them for themselves. To this day, scientists conducted various observations, and found nothing of interest. However, theories suggest that Zombies gather large quantities of Platinum thinking it’s Silver as Silver is notorious to them, being their biggest weakness. |

Platinum was an ore added in the January Update. It has a dark grey/black appearance and has a very dim white glow, making it difficult to spot. It spawns between 400m and 1000m of depth with a very rare chance of spawn. The best way to get Platinum is from slaying Zombies since they have a chance to drop Platinum.

A total of 101 Platinum is needed to upgrade base stations; 100 for the Mining Operation and 1 for Research & Development.
